Conferences with current topics and good speakers will be an important element of HavExpo as a meeting place in 2024. Our colleagues Catrine Smørås and Ingunn Thorland will hold presentations at the event. Catrine will talk about the sea lice treatments of the future, titled “Fremtidens behandling mot lakselus” on Monday May 6th. Ingunns talk will be on Tuesday May 7th titled “Genetic approaches to improving salmon welfare and production”, where she’ll cover the challenges and achievements of the latest genetic improvements, applied technologies, testing, research, and selection in Benchmark.
